Donna Peavler, the founder of The Peavler Group,is rated “AV” by the
Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest score available to a lawyer. The
“A” rating means that the legal community rates Donna's legal ability at “from
very high to preeminent.” The “V” rating means that her peers rate Donna's
general ethical standards as “very high” and denotes adherence to professional
standards of conduct and ethics, reliability, diligence, and other criteria relevant
to the discharge of professional responsibilities.

pet.) (allegations of malfunctioning electric doors).
- Kroger Co. v. Guinn, 2005 WL 1950887 (Tex. App.—Dallas Aug. 15, 2005)
(customer slip-and-fall case).
