Kimberly is a native of West Texas. Her primary area of practice is civil defense
litigation. Specifically, she has handled cases involving general liability and non-
subscriber claims of premises liability, products liability, defamation and wrongful
death. Kimberly also has extensive experience in insurance coverage and bad
faith claims, trucking fatalities, subrogation and mold litigation. Kimberly has tried
and/or second chaired cases in both Texas state and federal courts, prosecuted
and defended appeals in Texas state courts and in the United States Fifth Circuit
Court of Appeals. In keeping with the spirit of Uloth and Peavler, Kimberly is
aggressive in seeking pre-trial disposition of cases, successfully obtaining
summary judgment or dismissal.

Kimberly was named a TEXAS MONTHLY Rising Star SuperLawyer in both 2004
and 2005.
